What happened to this app?

So basically Ive had this app for years and when I got my new iPhone 6s for some reason it doesnt take a picture of intruder logins anymore. No matter how many times I switch it to take the pictures it always reverts back to off.
Also when is this app going to be updated? I want my money back if its not gonna be updated. 3 years is way due for an upgrade!
