I had a 5s that stopped working recently and then upgraded to a 6s. I had backed up everything to my computer and put all of that back on to my new phone and now when I try to get in, it says access denied. Please fix :(

Password wont transfer from iPhone to iPhone. App is useless if you are ever going to change your phone

How the heck to do retrieve a forgotten password?!?

I had a 6 plus and upgraded to the 7 plus and now I cant get into the app to see if I lost anything my password isnt working and there arent any prompts to help it just keep saying denied any help would be appreciated

Anyone know how to Recover a password. Had this app when I first got my iPhone then forgot about it now I re downloaded it and I cant log on??

Its highly unprofessional to allow people to download your app and you wont even make it right with us about our pictures thats lost because YOUR app that needs to be fixed. Clearly you should address this issue!!!

Erases everything after updates, doesnt accept my password anymore

When exiting the app after watching a video by engaging the home button. If you access the app again it allows to continue viewing the video from its last position. When your supposed to access the app by password but the pictures arent accessible youll have input your password for that.

You all need to update the app to be compatible with iOS8. Would love to have my photos and vids back. Thx in advance.

Like many others I lost everything after I upgraded my phone. Will not recognize my password.

Ive had the app for over a year.. Now with new iOS update.. All my pictures went blank.. What the heck??

In prep for moving from my 4s on sprint to my iPhone 6 on T-Mo, I attempted to back the contents of this to my camera roll. Even small 13 pic folders did not export completely. Thus, I had to resort to emailing all of the pics to myself (which I think I worked). Just tried to login on my newly synced iPhone 6 and access denied! Glad I had the foresight to back up. I strongly recommend you do the same when switching phones.

I Update to ios 8 and i cant see my pictures the pictures are in there because i can select the picture but i cant see the picture HELPPPPP PLEASE

Went to access my pics on my new I6 and it now not working and I cannot get into any of my pics. Its a BAD Bug that needs to be fixed and how can you get this fixed?????

I upgraded my phone from a 5 to a 6 Not sure if pics I the file made it because for whatever reason my password doesnt work :( all locked out

Perfect app for privacy except it will crop your pictures when moving from the camera roll to the app. I hope they fix this soon!

Upgraded to iPhone 6 and now the app wont accept my password!! Is there a way to fix this??
