Hide My Folder App Reviews

I updated to IOS8 and lost all my data in the app, and their support page. doesn’t exist!!

Along with everyone else I agree great app until the update I also lost all my picture also I have the iphone 6 plus if that make a difference

I was very happy with this app until my old phones screen broke and I had to replace it. Now, whenever I try to get into it, it says I have the wrong password when I know I remember the password I was using before. I see many other people in the reviews are having the same problem and would like to see it fixed so that I can actually use this app, which I paid $5 for.

Worked find until I upgraded to iPhone 6 plus Now my passcode wouldnt open folder. Help!!

I upgraded my iPhone 4s to the iPhone 6 plus & now the app keeps saying my password is incorrect!!! I want to know how to fix it ASAP!! I know I am trying to login with the correct password!! Great app before but if this bug cant be fixed then this app is a rip off! Very disappointed right now!

Had to restore my phone so it could be unlocked, and this is the only app where I lost ALL of my files!!! Please do an update so I can get my files back!!

It was working fine until I went to enter my access code and it says access granted and then just sits there. It wont let me access anything it just stays on the access granted page. HELP!

Ive kept this app for years hoping there would be an update that would fix the password problem. I know what I set my password as, but it says "access denied" everytime I enter it. Ive seen other reviews saying they have the password problem too.

Password no longer works after phone restore and there doesnt appear to be a way to reset it. Seemingly unresponsive developer which is a true shame for a paid application.

Has deleted all my photos with latest update. Please correct.

I got a new phone and my old one is broken so Im trying to restore all my pictures and videos but it wont work... It keeps telling me to wait for couple of hours and then just never work... I have a lot of I replaceable memories in here so please help. Like can my folder make a new update so that we can make restoring easier and faster. Or is there any other ways to get everything back? I will really appreciate everything so please help.... Thank you

All of a sudden my password does not work I clearly remember now it invalid Please Fix This Issue!

Yep Im one of the many that upgraded to a new device before backing up the pictures and movies else where. And now locked out. Dont the developers try to help us out? Looks like turning a deaf ear to us... Help us...

It was fine until today it wont let me unlock it .and I know Im putting in the correct password ! HELP PLEASEEEE !!!!

My phone crashed and now I cant access the folder it says password incorrect every time I try to open it

It works as advertised but i with the icon was less obvious than a padlock named "my folder" and i wish you could hide apps in it, not just notes and pics.
