Hide My Folder App Reviews

I recently got a new iPhone6 and when I went to put all my apps on my new phone from my back up which is only a day old, this app now doesnt recognize my password. Ugh very frustrating. Please help!

So I bought the full version and it didnt actually happen on my app so i tried restoring it for like 30 minutes and it still didnt work please help. Great app!

I lost all of my pictures that were stored in this app when I got a new phone. It would not accept my password and will not restore. Zero support from app developer.

I loved this app and was glad I purchased it until I upgraded my iPhone and restored from icloud. The app does not recognize password. Photos lost!

I used to LOVE this app. It was my go to! Now that Ive upgraded from an iPhone 5s to a 6s it wont allow me to log in even though my password has never changed. It just says access denied repeatedly.

Please fix!!! Wont let you login after updating to ISO 9+

Was liking the app so far, Put in the code just grants my access but just sits there! Doesnt load or even move out of the page itself, please have this fixed!

If you change phones. App will NOT recognize password. Lost everything

I forgot my password and I have a ton of pictures that need to be recovered & I cant get on the app creators website.. I dont wanna loose these pictures so someone please help!!!!!

I feel this app has potential to be amazing. There is only one problem, the problem is that numerous times I have lost a vast amount of important documents and pictures saved in the folder. The app will crash at times and wont let you get in even with your correct password. I have re-installed the app at least 10 times due to me losing pictures or it simply wont let me enter my password

My iPhone was damaged I got a new iPhone and did a back up on my phone and lost all the pictures from the app and cannot even access the app can anyone help?? The app works fantastic but now I cannot even access it...

I had to get a new phone. The app wont work. Says access denied. I will loose all the pics in this folder. Any suggestions? I only have 9 days to return old phone.

Ive used this app for a long time and Ive had general no problems. The issue I have now is that every time I try to enter is says "access granted" and it stays stuck there. Please help!!!

Apps worked great until the password stop working. Cant reset it. Its all lost now I guess along with $4.99
